Transmission Overhaul.. Sort of..

My transmission was noisy. I think it may have started six months ago. It was noisy just running and the only relief was when the clutch was engaged.
The noise was getting louder and louder and I finally got annoyed enought to take it to BOSS Automotive. I had changed the transmission fluid at Granville & Avery and it diidn’t help with the noise so I went to see Danny Knight of BOSS. Turns out he was on the one Granville & Avery consulted with on my issue.
Diagnosis: bad Input Main Bearing. Normally, they’d do a complete overhaul of all the bearings but Danny could not find any rebuild kits. Boo. It would have been nice to do it all since the tranny was open.
Replaced:
Input Main Bearing
Input Shaft Oil Seal
Stabalizer Bar Busing Kit (Moog)
Engine & Transmission Mount Set (4pc)
$350.55 Parts
$1650.77 for 10.2 hours labour @$161.84
RE/RE Transmission was 6.2 hours.
TOTAL $2314 taxes in.
The car is quiet again!!!
But now I need an alignment. Steering wheel is not centered. Left bias.
