New Cabin Filter

Trying a non-OEM Honda Cabin Filter.  Purchased off eBay for only $6.68 USD shipped!

NanoFlo Part# NP30931

Fits OEM 80291-SAA-J01

Size and construction looks the same as OEM. Only issue? The silicone bead holding the pleats apart do not line up with the edge of the carrier. No problem, since it’s only at the edge... I simply cut those beads. Carrier still holds the filter nice and snug.

Great value, I would buy again.

Summer wheels makes me feel fine..

A very nice Sunny Day!

Washed the car, then swapped out my Winter wheels...

Rolling on my new 16x7 +43 Bronze Enkei RPF1’s on the BFG G-Force Sport COMP-2.  And while I was under the rear of the car, I removed & cleaned the rear springs & spring perch. I also cleaned the Tanabe Touring Medalion exhaust body.

I kept the 3mm and 5mm spacers (front & rear respectively) on the car.  For an effective +40 and +38 offset on 16x7’s. So far so good.

Mileage Milestone

The Honda Fit hit 200,000 km today.

I bought the car with 56,498 km on April 27, 2011. In just under seven years I hit 200K. The car is running as strong as ever.

Replace Air Filter

The HKS filter was last replaced at 167,375 km on June 29, 2016.

Yes, 2016.

32,178 km, 22 months ago...

For reference, the previous interval was was 14 months and about 20,000 km’s.
