I used YouTube to research how to do a valve adjustment on a GD3. Relatively straightforward and it took me about 4 hours start to finish for my first-time. I proactively replaced the valve cover gasket.
Overall went well and looking forward to seeing how gas mileage is affected.
Only negative.. and it was a BIG negative was that I sheared the head off two of the bolts. Fuck Me.
