New Springs & Shocks

Eibach Sportlines and KYB AGX shocks installed by CompTech Performance.  I also got a 4 wheel alignment.

Finally, the car looks right.  I'm quite satisfied with the reduced fender gap.  Initial measurements indicate 0.8" drop in the front and 1.0" drop in the back (compared with the Tokico springs).  Total drop from stock height should be about 1.8" front & rear.  The car feels much tighter, and of course, the ride is firm.  It's also a little bouncy but I haven't adjusted the shocks yet as they're still on their softest settings (1/1).  The alignment also corrected a steering problem where my front wheels were not pointing straight.  I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Jack Lee and Comptech Performance.  They have a clean & professional looking shop.

Cold Air Intake

removed the stock airbox and installed a modified 90-93 Acura Integra intake.  I got the intake from eBay and it was branded as SRP.  I have no idea what that stands for.

HOLY SMOKES!  What a HUGE difference in sound.  I read that it would be loud but I was still shocked when I first stepped on the throttle.  I like it!  It may be too loud for some people but not me.  It sounds relatively normal when cruising at city or highway speeds, but when you accelerate it's a different story!  A mod that I should have done a LONG time ago.  In retrospect, I probably should have bought the HKS PowerFlow back in the early days (around '93 when it was the only intake available for the 2).
